Bain died 10 Apr 1853 leaving 3 children.  He left his claim c 01 Mar 1853 under advice of Dr. A.M. Blet and went to house of Virgil R. Pringle for medical assistance--remained there until death.  Aff: Felix L. Raymond, Mathew M. Brown (death aff), Virgil R.
