Lot was originally sold to Dr. Vanscoy.  Dr. Vanscoy paid nothing and left this state and was not buried here.  The trustee canceled the sale for Vanscoy and resold S 1/2 to Mrs. J.T. Abbott and N 1/2 to Mrs. Spoor except for grave of Mrs. Vanscoy and Mrs. Wooley
